Hey Myrtle Beach —

Summer is fully here, and this week has plenty of easy ways to get out without overplanning it. We’ve got fireworks, free music, farmers markets, Broadway at the Beach entertainment, and Brookgreen Gardens after dark.

Here are a few things worth having on your radar this week.

🎆 Fireworks Are Back for the Summer

If you’re looking for an easy weeknight outing, Myrtle Beach has a couple of strong options for fireworks.

Downtown Myrtle Beach / Second Avenue Pier
Wednesday, June 10
9:00 PM
Location: 110 South Ocean Boulevard

The oceanfront fireworks show is one of the easiest summer outings in Myrtle Beach. Grab dinner, walk the Boardwalk, or bring a beach chair and make a simple night out of it.

Broadway at the Beach
Tuesday nights during Summer Nights
10:00 PM
Location: 1325 Celebrity Circle

Broadway at the Beach is also running its Tuesday night Fireworks Extravaganza during Summer Nights, weather permitting.

Local tip: Arrive early if you want easy parking and time to grab dinner or ice cream before the show.

🌙 Summer Nights at Broadway at the Beach

Broadway at the Beach is running Summer Nights with free family-friendly entertainment, performers, live music, and fireworks on Tuesday nights.

It’s a good option if you have guests in town, kids who need to burn off some energy, or you just want to walk around after dinner without making a big plan.

Best for:
• Families
• Visitors in town
• A casual date night
• A simple after-dinner walk
• Fireworks on Tuesday nights

Brookgreen Gardens After Dark

Brookgreen Gardens’ Summer Light: Art by Night is back for select Wednesday and Saturday evenings.

The gardens are open in the evening with illuminated art installations, a peaceful summer setting, and a completely different feel than a daytime visit. This is one of the better date-night ideas in the area, especially if you want something beautiful, relaxed, and not centered around crowds or traffic.

Best for:
• Date night
• Visiting family
• Garden lovers
• Photos
• A quieter evening out
